We have a download page if you don't already have this installed. The newest emulator our community is trying to use is Nestopia. Watch this tutorial to help you get started. Hopefully this is the emulator of choice going forward. The most common TPC emulator is Nesticle. Yes it's old, but it is very reliable. There are newer emulators, but none have come close to working as well (for online Tecmo purposes) as Nesticle. Simply create a folder called 'Nesticle', extract the files from the download below into the folder and run NESTCL95.EXE It should launch the program which will be a blue screen with a bloody hand as the mouse cursor. ![]() Next you will need to set up your controller. Using the menu, go to 'Settings' > 'Input' > 'Device 1'. Once there, a popup box will display controller information. Configure your controller to your liking and map the buttons. If you don't have a controller, keyboards work just fine. See the screen shots below for examples of how to set up your controller. ![]() Lastly, you will need a copy of Tecmo Super Bowl. Emulators use files called ROM's instead of cartridges. At the TPC, you are free to use any type of TSB ROM you want but we only endorse two at the time. The original rom is the good old NES version of Tecmo Super Bowl. Nothing is changed. Now you can throw into triple coverage to Jerry Rice as much as you want!
